For food truck operators

The events worth chasing — and the weekly spots to fill your calendar.

Whether you're planning next season or filling a gap next Tuesday, Rolling Events has both covered.

🎪
Festivals & markets
State championships, recurring farmers markets, multi-truck festivals — compiled from public listings and kept current. Application deadlines flagged so you never miss the window.
📍
Weekly Spots
Local businesses actively looking for food trucks to set up during the week. Breweries, office parks, shopping centers — the kind of consistent bookings that fill your schedule year-round.
New This Week
A yellow badge flags anything added in the last 7 days. Catch fresh applications before they fill up — especially important for the events that book out fast.
💬
Operator notes
Every listing has a notes section where operators share what they know — "deadline moved to July 15," "bring your own generator," "they still have spots for July." Real intel from people who've been there.

For businesses with a location

Turn your empty lot into foot traffic — for less than $1 a day.

Food truck operators are actively searching for consistent weekly spots. Rolling Events puts your location in front of them.

📣
Operators come to you
No cold calls, no chasing. Operators searching Rolling Events by ZIP find your listing and reach out directly. You pick who shows up.
📅
Fill your week consistently
A food truck at your location brings foot traffic, social media posts, and customers who might not have found you otherwise. One regular truck can mean $500–2,000 in added revenue monthly.
🔄
Always have a backup
Trucks cancel. Seasons end. Your active listing means there's always a pipeline of operators ready to fill the gap — not just the one truck you found six months ago.

Business pricing

Pick the plan that fits where you are right now.

You can switch plans anytime as your situation changes — no penalties, no contracts.

Questions

Things people ask before subscribing.

Does Rolling Events cover my area?
We're currently focused on Atlanta, Nashville, Louisville, and Chicago — plus events within 200 miles of each. Enter your ZIP in the app and you'll see exactly what's in range. New events are added every week, so if your area is thin right now it won't be for long.
How current is the data?
The feed is updated weekly by our AI research tool. Operators also post real-time notes on listings — "deadline moved," "still has spots" — so the information gets better the more operators use it.
What if an event I find is already full?
It happens — especially for popular festivals that fill fast. That's exactly why we built the "New This Week" feature: catching fresh applications early is how you beat the operators who find out too late.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — monthly plans cancel with no penalty, no questions. Annual plans are billed once for the full year, like any annual subscription.
I already have my schedule built out. Is this for me?
Probably yes — if you're planning ahead. The best operators use Rolling Events in January and February to lock in the season before applications close. The annual plan is built for exactly that use case.
As a business, how do I get my listing built?
Sign up and we'll reach out within 24 hours to build your profile. We gather the details — your address, available days, what you're looking for — and get you live fast.
